These Terms of Service, as amended from time to time, (these "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between AnthroLike LLC, a Delaware corporation (the "Company") and the customer executing or otherwise accepting an order form which refers to these Terms (the "Customer"). These Terms govern the manner in which the Customer and its Users may use and access the Company's AI-powered building block design platform available via the Company's website at https://anthrolike.com/ (the "Platform" and "Website" respectively).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AnthroLike's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

3. Description of Service

AnthroLike provides AI-powered building block design tools and related services to help users create, design, and optimize building block structures and MOCs (My Own Creations). The Platform is provided on a Software-as-a-Service subscription-based model.

4. User Accounts and Obligations

To access certain features, you must create an account. Users must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate, complete, and updated registration information
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or use of your account
  • Ensuring compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations

5. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AnthroLike LLC and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any building designs, MOCs, or other content you create using our Platform. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use your content to provide and improve our services.

9. Subscription and Payment Terms

Certain features of our service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

In no event shall AnthroLike LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
